Stefano Straullu si è laureato in ingegneria delle telecomunicazioni al Politecnico di Torino nel 2005, con una tesi riguardo il progetto, la realizzazione ed il test di sottosistemi optoelettronici per reti ottiche a pacchetto, svolta nel PhotonLab. Dal 2005 ha lavorato nel gruppo di Integration Testing in Motorola Electronics S.p.A. a Torino, occupandosi del test di apparati mobize.li. Dal Maggio 2009 è ricercatore all’Istituto Superiore Mario Boella, occupandosi di progettazione e test di sistemi optoelettronici. E’ co-autore di circa 20 articoli a riviste o conferenze.

Stefano Straullu graduated in telecommunications engineering in 2005 from the Politecnico of Turin, Turin, Italy, with a thesis about the project, the realization and the testing of opto-electronic subsystems for packet-switched optical networks, realized in the PhotonLab of Istituto Superiore Mario Boella of Turin. In 2006, he joined the Integration Testing team of Motorola Electronics S.p.A. of Turin, working on the mobile devices and live network testing. Since May 2009, he has been a researcher at the Istituto Superiore Mario Boella, Turin, Italy, with responsibilities of project, realization and testing measurements of opto-electronic systems. He has co-authored around 20 papers at conferences and journals.
