ISMB Participates in Meet IoT 2015

On 1st and 2nd of October will be held in Turin, at Toolbox Coworking, Meet IoT, an event of primary importance in the IoT domain whose main role is to show how the research world and the technological progress in this field could be used by everyday applications and services, and to outline the impact that these new technologies bear on social life. The event will be structured in thematic panels where results will be discussed, an exhibition illustrating through practical stories the impact of IoT technologies on our lives, and further workshops.

ISMB will participate with a booth on ALMANAC, European Research Project coordinated by the Institute, and with a presentation of Giovanni Colombo, Director of the Institute, in the Panel IV - Research and Technology, in which the chair will be Maurizio Spirito, Head of Emerging Trends and Opportunities Function.
Meet IoT is organized under the patronage of European Commission - DG Connect, Città di Torino and Torino Smart City in collaboration with ISMB, Council, Postscapes, Wearable Tech Torino, Brazilian IoT Forum, Officine Arduino, Torino Wireless, I3P Incubator, IoT Italy and IoTPeople.
