ISMB Invited Speaker at the CrowdSourcing Week 2014

13 October 2014

From the 14th to the 16th of October, Copenhagen will host CrowdSourcing Week Europe, a 3-day global conference that gathers high-caliber innovators on the cutting edge of collaborative economy. The conference will explore best practices in crowdsourcing and in the sharing economy that are fundamentally changing society, mindsets and possibilities across all industries.

The roster of 40+ crowdsourcing experts at the frontier – selected by the Organizing Committee – includes Michele Osella, the head of Business Model and Policy Innovation Research Unit, who will participate in the conference as invited speaker. His talk, titled “Crowdsourcing: The Business Model for Reinventing the Government”, will hone in on a new breed of transformative forces unleashed by crowdsourcing that can be tapped by governments for responding effectively to the policy needs of an interconnected, fast-evolving and unpredictable society.
