Ha conseguito la laurea in Ingegneria delle telecomunicazioni nel 2003 ed il Dottorato di Ricerca in Ingegneria Informatica e dei Sistemi nel 2009, sotto la supervisione del Prof. Mario Baldi. Ha conseguito entrambi i titoli presso il Politecnico di Torino. Inoltre ha svolto nel 2009 attività di ricerca all’interno del Computer Networks Group (NetGroup) presso il dipartimento di Automatica ed informatica al Politecnico di Torino. Ad oggi lavora presso l’area di ricerca Multi-Layer Wireless Solutions all’Istituto Superiore Mario Boella (ISMB).

Le attività di ricerca si focalizzano sulla Time-Based QoS in Packet Switched Networks e Wireless Access Networks. Inoltre svolge attività di ricerca sulla QoS in Network-on-Chip (NoC).

Come parte integrante della sua attività di ricerca è impegnato in vari progetti che coinvolgono Università e partner industriali, finanziati dall'Unione Europea, governo locale ed istituti di ricerca.

He received the M.S.Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino in 2003. He also received the Ph.D. in Computer and System Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, under the supervision of prof. Mario Baldi, in 2009. He was a Post-Doc Researcher with the Control and Computer Engineering Department as a member of the Computer Networks Group at the Politecnico di Torino in 2009. He is now with the Multi-Layer Wireless Solutions Research Area at the Istituto Superiore Mario Boella (ISMB).

His main research interests are in Time-Based QoS over Packet Switched Networks and Wireless Access Networks. Moreover he carries on research activities on QoS over Network-on-Chip (NoC).

As part of his extensive research activity he is involved in various research projects, involving universities and industrial partners, funded by European Union, local government and research institutions.
